1. Description of service
netlike CDN is a SaaS platform providing image upload, optimization and global delivery services.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for account security, the secrecy of API keys, and the content you upload. Accounts found to violate copyright, host illegal content, or abuse the system may be terminated.
3. Acceptable use
- Uploading non-legal content is prohibited.
- Third-party copyrights must be respected.
- Use for DDoS/scraping beyond manual testing is prohibited.
- Plan limits (storage, bandwidth, file size) must be respected.
4. Payment & subscription
Paid plans renew monthly. Service is enabled immediately upon payment. Plan changes apply the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current period.
5. Refund policy
You have the right to refund within the first 14 days. Once the digital service is activated, a usage-proportional deduction may apply.
6. Limitation of liability
netlike CDN is not liable for direct or indirect data loss, revenue loss or business interruption. The service is provided "as is". Our uptime target is 99.9% but is not guaranteed.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice for violations. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified via your registered email.
9. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
